well. gluten kicks my butt.
after three days of reintroducing it, I felt beyond terrible. so this week it’s back to gluten-free until I can get into a doctor for an allergy test!
monday// homemade chicken noodle soup with gluten free noodles (perfect for sick husband!)
tuesday// ground beef nachos & salad
wednesday// favorite chicken & rice
thursday// rosemary butter steak tips & smashed potatoes
friday// breakfast for dinner- gluten free bacon pancake dippers!!
saturday// tuna casserole- but with canned chicken instead of tuna 😉
sunday// sweet & sour kielbasa with potato & corn salad
YUM. so excited to eat this week’s meals! especially tonight’s cozy chicken noodle soup. maybe I’ll heat up a cup of cider to go along with it 😉
